I used to order from Zip Zoom, or the Egg, depending on which had the item I was looking for for less. However, I placed an order once for several items and although I received an order number and an expected delivery, they never processed the order. They held it up for a security check and never notified me.
There was no information online, so I had to call. The customer service rep told me that she could not help me and that I would have to call a special number to get it cleared up. I called, but no answer. Only voice mail. I left a message and we played telephone tag for almost a week before I was finally able to connect with this person and validate that I was the one placing the order, and that the credit card was mine.
After calming down I thought that even though I had been a customer for a while, it was a good thing that they attempt to curb fraud. So, about a month later I placed another order and the same thing happened.
As it stands now, I will never order from Zip Zoom again no matter what.
