Can anyone tell me how to get over yonder?

#2

Just follow the chicken that crossed the yellow brick road.

Yonder could be a little distance or a long distance same as a woot in holler

I’d say yonder is a direction.

You need to sally forth from whence you came. :stuck_out_tongue: :slight_smile:

When the trumpet of the Lord shall sound, and time shall be no more,
And the morning breaks, eternal, bright and fair;
When the saved of earth shall gather over on the other shore,
And the roll is called up yonder, I’ll be there.

Refrain

When the roll, is called up yonder,
When the roll, is called up yonder,
When the roll, is called up yonder,
When the roll is called up yonder I’ll be there.

On that bright and cloudless morning when the dead in Christ shall rise,
And the glory of His resurrection share;
When His chosen ones shall gather to their home beyond the skies,
And the roll is called up yonder, I’ll be there.

Refrain

Let us labor for the Master from the dawn till setting sun,
Let us talk of all His wondrous love and care;
Then when all of life is over, and our work on earth is done,
And the roll is called up yonder, I’ll be there.

I sure don’t want to be down yonder instead!

I like that but that is not the yonder I was thinking about the one on earth.
I was told that it was down yonder and I have not been able to yonder

“Yonder” wouldn’t be the name of a person, would it?

If so, perhaps a nice walk will change you mind. You could go here and there, out and around, round and about, hither and thither, back and forth, to and fro, up and down, in and out, over and under, hippity hoppity, round the corner, over the river and through the woods, lickety split, clockin the jizz, grindin the axe, up to no good…

If that doesn’t help, you could try going to a toy store.
(TOY STORE!)
