this is lookin like becoming a really nice drive for audio cds :9 wasnt it also that it wrote the whole cd at 44x (or was it just p-cav?)? it seems kinda strange if that is cause my 24x writer can only start writing at 12x (if im not mistakin) and i dont think 44x at the beginning of cd seems kinda impossible (multibeam writers? whats takin so long for those drives to appear?)
