Yamaha is getting better and better! SCSI rulez!

Little question: Ultra SCSI, is that the 50-pins or 68-pins connector ?

#5

Nice lookin piece of kit…Question: Which is more efficient SCSI, firewire or USB 2.0?

I believe Ultra SCSI is 50 pins, UltraWide SCSI is 68…

As for SCSI vs USB 2 vs FireWire: USB 2 has the highest bandwidth I believe, but I don’t know how they compare when it comes to CPU usage.

Would be a nice question for our forum

SCSI is Suppose to take the load of the CPU. I own a Old Traxdata 4120 Pro(ne:Teak). But CPU load is not an Issue these days.Unless you have an Old Processor Cheers megod ANTHRAX Free® :o
