XP Pro keep changing my Register Force ASPI 17 keys

Hi everybody

I was wondering is there a way to stop

Xp pro registry for adding additional setting to the force
aspi (forceASPI17) register modify setting? Or how do I reinstall my
IO Magic driver? Seeing im not able to
flash it in windowS?

I also ran my IO Magic driver in a WinXp
pro dos shell which show it still working. :-[

So everytime I reinstall force ASPI17 and boot back to xp pro
It’s keep replacing additonal keys in the directory ( Emul)
and adding another key in ASPI32. The four files adaptec
ASPI does load

Also did a trace for these keys which lead me to this register

0 ReG_SZ PCIIDE\IDEChannel\4&3aa0be61&0&0

1 ReG_SZ PCIIDE\IDEChannel\4&3aa0be61&0&1

count ReG_DWORD 0x00000002(2)

NextInstance ReG_DWORD 0x00000002(2)

I also notice in:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class{4D36E965-E325 -11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}

[ key which controls ‘DVD/CD-ROM’ class of devices]

What is the standard xp pro cdr drives in this locations
for UpperFilter’ and ‘LowerFilter’ values

Btw is the utilities app that can copy the register info from the
xp pro register?

Thank for any Help…

Editor update Note:

I did install Daemon-tools btw im planning to uninstall
it manually. I’ll be posting more Nfo later on tonite.
No the utilities of Force Aspi 17 did
not cause the (Xp pro) yellow exclamation point error code 19.

Also these our the files that loaded

What the restoring driver files from original Win XP PRO installation CD?

Meaning not only the aspi layer drivers
but the device manager DVD/CD-ROM
drivers. Thank any help.

Sounds like an application is doing it. I don’t think Windows would… try uninstalling CD/DVD related applications one at a time, then using ForceASPI and rebooting until you find your culprit.
