Wytron 3000 1 to 9 dup

I have a Wytron controller 3000 in a 1 to 9 target duplicator with a 80 gig maxtor hard drive.
For some reason when I try to burn/copy a DVD, it sets up and when I press go, it automatically gives an error message, almost instantly.
Then it flashes
analyse
pass 0 fail 2 ( or how many disks were in)

The DVD master is good and the media is very very high quality on both ends.
Any suggesstions?

have to ask… Is the DVD CSS protected?

CSS? protected? I have no idea?
I can’t imagine-I used the DVD on another DVD burner the next day and it copied perfectly.
