Write Strategy differences for -R 4x Media

I am trying to find the difference between media write strategies.

Especially what is different between the MBI 01RG20 /52 -R and the Ritek G04 /52 -R…

On the MBI I can not get the disk written, Nero finishes 100% then gets a session fixation error. Could not perform end of disk at once error.

The Ritek gets to the done 100% and in a couple of seconds comes up with the Disk completed box and it reads fine.

Since both are 4x -R media, I think the end of write strategy between the 2 has something that is causing a compatibility problem with win XP. Maybe the latest DRM updae from microsoft is doing something at that point. The MBI media does work with the 812S as others haev found out. But the latest update I think is causing the problem.

Drive is the 812S USN0 unmodified bios.
