[qanda]This thread is about the HP DVD1035i. Click here to see full specs[/qanda]HI,
I HAVE TO WRITE 1.5 GB SIZED PROGRAM ( NOT ABOUT ANY O.S) IN 2 ORDINARY C.D. AFTER THE BURNING I NEED TO RUN THE SOFTWARE (PROGRAM) FROM CD TO INSTALL, THEN O.S SHOULD ASK THE SECOND C.D TO CONTINUE THE INSTALLATION. I THINK DISC SPANNING IS THE METHOD TO WRITE THE PROGRAM AS THE ABOVE WAY ( I AM NOT SURE). IS NERO CAN DO THE DISC SPANNING? HOW CAN I DO THIS? HAVE ANY SOLUTION TO WRITE THE C.D IN THE ABOVE WAY? HAVE ANY SOFTWARE TO DO SO? PLEASE ADVICE
BEN

Any burning program can do disc spanning, but that will only get the data onto the discs. You will then need to extract the data from the CD’s onto the HDD before it will be usable. The installation program for the software has to be specifically written to install from CD and to support multiple CD’s. No burning application can do what you are trying to do.
