ciao ragazzi :bow:
ho provato a masterizz. un dvd rw ± con nero 6 quando inizia la scrittura mi dice che il disco non è vuoto !!! provo a cancellarlo ma niente mi da errore! sia su dvd vergine che nuovo nessun problema con cdr\rw dvdr !!! ps provato anche con nero 7,niente anche se tento di formattarlo incd

masterizzatore installato in un compatto olidata non so di che marca è!! :a

puo centrare qualcosa con il mio problema ???

Innanzitutto benvenuto nel forum :slight_smile:

Per escludere un disco danneggiato come causa del problema, potresti provare a masterizzarlo con un software differente?

Io ti suggerisco Imgburn: è uno dei migliori disponibili. Prima di masterizzarlo magari fai una “Full Erase”, per cancellare completamente il disco.

Il nero ha qualche problema (di cui molti si sono lamentati) coi riscrivibili.

Un’altra domanda: per caso hai installato un software tipo InCD o altri simili? Se si, forse la causa del problema è proprio questa: io ti suggerisco di disinstallare questi programmi perché causano un sacco di problemi.

Infine, dici che questo problema si verifica solo coi DVD riscrivibili: ma coi DVD normali come si comporta il masterizzatore? Li scrive normalmente o ti dà lo stesso errore?

si ho istallato incd ma il problema c’era anche prima , avevo istallato nero 7 che poi ho tolto ma, ho sentito che usando l’unistaller non si disistalla completamente e puo creare problemi ,è vero?? comunque poi ho rimesso nero 6 che mi dicono piu affidabile insieme a incd.
il problema si verifica solo con dvd rw ± con il resto tutto ok ,una volta scritti non riesco piu a cancellarli o meglio il disco lo vedo vuoto ma se provo a riscrivelo mi dice che non lo è !!! vorrei almeno capire se è un problema di masterizzatore (visto che con gli dischi funziona) o se di soft. premetto che non l’ho usato molto. ciaooo

Secondo me il problema non è nel masterizzatore, ma nel programma InCD.

Io ti suggerisco di toglierlo completamente. Riguardo al fatto che disinstallando il nero non si rimuove completamente è vero: sul sito del nero trovi un tool che serve a rimuovere completamente quello che l’uninstaller non rimuove (io poi non capisco perché quel tool non lo includano direttamente nell’uninstaller… boh??).

Hai provato a fare un full erase con imgburn per vedere se riesci a recuperare i dischi?

ho provato imgburg e fa lo stesso scherzo all’inizio mi vedeva il disco che avevo gia tentato di cancellare dicendo che era incopleto,ho provato a cancellarlo ma niente si blocca e mi da errore anche cosi !!! ps ho anche aggiornato il firmware ma uguale a prima
