Oh for Pete’s sake! I give up. This is easily the most ridiculous campaign season I have ever witnessed. How could this possiby have escaped the bloodhounds in at Homeland Security amidst all this Patriot Act heightened fear and paranoia with a middle name like “Hussein”? Really now. If this has an ounce of truth to it, our security people need to all be hanged! If this kind of crap is going to continue I am going to have to go to Washington personally and start slapping people.

Has everyone gone completely insane? We have a spoiled bully running the show, a VP who gets away with shooting people in the face, and a government that generally assumes the mass of the population to be so stupid that they actually suggest we seal ourselves up in a room with duct tape and plastic wrap… and no one says boo, but if a guy gets a bj under the table everyone screams “impeach!” WTF? Are we so afraid of a t threat to the status quo that we just don’t care what lies we tell ourselves to keep denying that things are changing? The RIAA should be an example of the ungraceful way to become obsolete. When you are dead, lie down! Weren’t there enough people in the midwest terrified of a black man running the show when he became a senator to dig this kind of crap up then?

I thought the Backwards “B” Bimbo Stunt was really the bottom of the heap, but I guess were going to keep digging until we hit hell itself, huh? Its getting pretty hot here, and maybe global warming is more due to the pollution of our souls than the environment.

If some of you out there are so against the idea that we “evolved from monkeys” then quit acting like you haven’t evolved at all!

And what is this “I’ll release it in a couple days” crap? If you can talk it now, release it now, why the suspense?

#4

Oh, nevermind. There is no suspense. This article is two months old, and this kind of yellow journalism is older than the hills.

That’s it, “I’ve had all I can stands, and I can’t stands no more!” Somebody make me a foil hat…

Oh well.

Even if he was born abroad does that make him any less of a US citizen?
Many people are born overseas it’s as they say “an accident of birth”.

#6

He was born in Hawaii, the son of a white American woman and a black Kenyan man. End of story.

I’m tired of everyone saying he’s a terriost, Muslim extremist, blah blah blah. It’s enough, educate yourself enough to not be ignorant. The ones that already have or will vote for him already have.

This issue is that for whatever reason, Obama refuses to make the real birth certificate available. Why? Also, there are Constitutional provisions to be met (read the Constitutional qualifications to be a presidential candidate), and deflecting to other subjects (can’t think of the specific logical fallacy that is, but I at least remembered the psychological fallacy that is) doesn’t answer the question. A certificate of live birth is not a birth certificate. The related article is here, where any person faintly knowledgeable about the U.S. Constitution could do a better job than this judge who didn’t follow the clear Framer’s intention. The whole idea behind the Constitution is that ALL citizens “have standing” to hold their government, government officials, elected and potential candidates responsible–and it is the people who have the responsibility to be the ultimate check and balance for the government. This is proven by the fact the Framers made it clear indirectly by allowing the citizenry the right “to bear arms” so that if at any time the government became overly oppressive, the citizens had the right to overthrow that government with those arms. Sounds harsh, but the Framers didn’t want the same tyranny to happen as under George III.

It may end up being moot, ironically.

Another headline…
Man Trapped In Refrigerator…Eats Own Foot
I think I saw that on WorldNUTdaily also…It must be true because I saw it on the intraweb…

#9

LOL. Whatever.

The simple thing to make it go away would have been for Obama to produce the certified certificate while first answering the lawsuit as required by Code 36 of Civil Procedure. Go down to your local county courthouse and see some of the public records, where lawsuits are filed and there’s always a 21-30 day period for the defendant to respond; the paperwork clearly states if no response is received, the judge is forced to rule in favor of the plaintiff as a default judgment. So why not answer with simply “I have a certified copy and here it is”? plop Then the matter’s ended and legal requirements/procedure is satisfied. I’ve done some more reading since I posted my last reply and no place I found showed Obama ever replied as required. That’s the last I’ll say about it.

Your independent research wouldn’t be www.obamacrimes.com would it?
Get out and breathe some fresh air before you go off of the deep end…

As a kid, I wanted to Join the circus, and I think this is the year to finally realise my childhood dream.

Where do I have to apply for the position of US president?

First you have to be 35 years old and a natural born citizen. After that any yahoo can run for the job that isn’t in prison. There are no minimum requirements for experience as is clearly demonstrated in this years election.

Are you Serious? YahOOOOoo!

Do you think Obama will be helpful if I ask him where he had his fake birth certificate made, or will he be upset that I want his job …

I’d ask McCain, but I’d better be wearing tin armour in case he sends me out hunting with his mates as a bonding exercise :iagree:

You don’t need his help. Pick a state and state town and then get a blank form and fill it in. Then Photoshop it and scan it a few times to make it look old. Viola! You, my friend, are a US citizen! As long as you hold off running until 2016 he probably won’t care but unless you are of benefit to him he probably won’t help you. The Rev. Wright might be able to give you some insight on this.

Don’t worry. Chaney won’t get within several miles of McCain if he wins. The bonding exercise I want is to go drifting with McCain’s wife.

You guys are unreasonable! :stuck_out_tongue:

Why do you have to be so narrow-minded with all these ridiculous discussions? In one hand you guys argue about Obama birth certificate, in another part I see debate about McCain not actually born in US territory of Panama. Doh!

Why don’t we discuss the much bigger problems that face the US and affected the rest of the world such as global economy, finance issues, climate change, tax problems, or unemployment growth? !?

Aren’t there any better things to discuss?

#19

AKIMOROHAN
I get your point. It’s just that this is an election
year , and people tend to be more partisan then to
care about the issues.

Look around a little. I’m sure there is a thread somewhere that will meet your needs. I think we have discussed about every topic imaginable.
