WorldPay broken

I tried to pay for DVD2oneX using WorldPay.

I received an email with a code that wouldn’t copy/paste.
OK that’s security.

I then got an email that my transaction had failed (card from another country)
OK. Easy to fix but …

… it tells me that I have to close all browser windows and restart the browser.
And re-enter all the information that I had just typed?
Are there places in the world where this is acceptable?
I must have led a sheltered life.

Now the strangest part.
The final email says that my payment was successful.
So the same payment is both rejected and accepted.

Have I paid or not? Perhaps I should pay twice just to be sure :slight_smile:
Or wait a month till the card invoice comes in?

Bad move for a business to rely on a payment system that
treats its customers like this one does.
I buy a fair bit from the net. Most systems are fine.
This one is crappy
