I have some MP3's that sound a little distorted when I play them. I mainly use iTunes, but also have Media Monkey and Helium.
Is there any software out there that will clean up the sound quality?
Next, do MP3's lose sound quality if you convert the audio to a different bit rate? I had smoe MP3's that would not show up in iTunes when I added them. They do not have any type of protection, but when I used Media Monkey and changed the bit rate from what ever they were to
"preset standard VBR ~192 kbps -very high quality+" they now load and show up in iTunes.
Is there a better program to change the bit rate than Media Monkey?
Last should I use volume leveler on my MP3's. I know Media Monkey has one, is this a good one to use and again is there a better one available or is Media Monkey fine for this?
