Winrar corrupting bin/cues?

I unpacked a RAR volume containing a bin/cue and loaded it into Daemon-Tools, (Nero asked me for block size and no matter what i chose it wouldn’t work). After mounting the bin/cue in Daemon-Tools, I noticed some of the files in the root were 0kb in size There were no errors during the extraction process. I decided to unrar the volume again and mounted it in Daemon the files were the correct size. I then tried burning the bin/cue directly with Nero and it worked.

errrr actually it was an nrg file

For CD images its not wise (in my experience) to have a heavy compression on the image or likelyness of data loss.

Try to keep it on normal and not maximum compression.
