Windows7 Clean uninstall

Hello:
I have a question on clean uninstall on Windows7 64bit,on upgrade from Vista,64bit.Will uninstall DVDFabv6-6.2.2.0 beta,nonworking,from 6.2.1.8 went from work fine to not working at all. I start DVDFab insert a disk nothing, but can just hear faint drive trying to start. Bottom line uninstall as Vista instructions

I see Alan has given a link to the clean uninstall guides which may help, but I’m not sure it will help in your case…have you checked the drive/burner to insure it is not or has not gone bad :confused:

I thank you for info/? If I can burn a backup of computer
files does it mean that my dive hardware is working:confused:

If you can burn data files then yes your drive appears to be working normally.
