Companies using the Enterprise version of Windows won’t be eligible for a free upgrade to Windows 10, in contrary to “regular” users.

“Therefore Microsoft will offer enterprises two kinds of subscriptions which offer the latest features as soon as their stability has been proven”… I doubt anyone wants to deal with a “subscription” to an operating system. Either you have the OS, or your don’t. No wan wants to pay for the exact same thing again and again and again.

My advice for everyone: pay for it once, or don’t pay for it at all. Multiple payments is a guarantee of the presence of DRM. There are always other programs that do the same thing without subscriptions or DRM.
