I had bought VeloSSD Professional and used it for a couple of days (2.0.1.2) and Windows 8 update ran and updated. After the update I got instant BSOD upon restart.
My computer configuration is:
Dell Inspiron 13z (5323) (500GB HDD)
128 GB Crucial M4 MSATA SSD
I had made the entire SSD a cache (write back). I used safe mode to boot in and remove the cache. Then when I tried to start again I still had a BSOD. Then I followed the guide to fixmbr, delete any VeloSSD registry entries and deleted the VeloSSD.sys file in system32/drivers. Still BSOD.
Now I can’t even reach safe mode. Any tips? How do I recover? I tried physically removing the SSD and it still won’t boot.
