Ballmer couldn’t care less.

I think he was insulted by HWBOT folks once who said they’d run out of liquid-nitrogen, and could he stop by and just lay his head on an overclocked CPU. “We [I]just know[/I] his brain would have been a superior cooling material, but when he refused, we also realized it was probably too small to cover the CPU anyway.”
