Windows 7 blue screen

My friend getting frequent blue screen in windows 7

I am attaching three dump files .

So please guide me what is the problem and how to solve it.

Get this free and portable software: BlueScreenView.

It will load all dump files showing many information. Usually, if there is a faulty driver or a faulty system file, you can find easily this information with that software

There is lot of information but i can’t find the problem

Tell your friend to stop wasting his time trying to fix a bad Load. It’s probably Hardware and most likely the HDD. We need some Specs on his computer, but new HDD and Clean Load with a Format and reload of Windows 7.

He already run the hard disk check and it looks ok

It could be a damaged system file.

Usually this is caused by a virus or a damaged drive. If your friend already checked drives, maybe is worth to check RAM too with memtest.

If a system restore doesn’t work, probably is needed to install again operative system

Something is very wrong when you get a Blue Screen, like Geno says if he can’t Restore it to an earlier date when it was working good, then a Format and Reload is needed. We need the Specs on his computer, but at least 4Gb of RAM or more, and if the HDD is older than 3 years and not Seagate or WD a new HDD.

Uninstalled mcafee, till date no blue screen.
