Yes, But PC sales were in decline when they said Win 10 would be the last one.
PC sales are on the increase with more people working from home.
Microsoft now see’s an opportunity to do what Microsoft does. Make money.

So Wendy, no free update to Windows 11 from Windows 10 like there was from 7 to 10?

Let’s wait and see.
It’s only a strong rumour that MS will actually have a Windows 11.

They will name it Sun Valley and go with how Mac releases their latest operating systems in the future and after a couple years you will have to buy new laptops tablets pcs ect. to get the latest operating system now that makes money.

Microsoft will make money regardless of whether there is a Windows 11 or not. They get paid for every copy of Windows installed on a new computer regardless of the version. :moneybag: :moneybag: :moneybag: :moneybag:

So MSFT is the equity to buy now I guess. LOL

A leaked version of Windows 11 has emerged.

Not mine.

Too much of a chance of messing up your build with leaked versions

Absolutely. And, I believe it is only a development version. Not even a beta.

Something tells me that I’m not going to like changes like the updated UI

I second that
I don’t like the 10 version so they probably made it worse
