Winamp and Shoutcast have been acquired by Belgian company Radionomy. The company acquired the software from AOL and plans to release mobile versions of Winamp in April this year.

I will be watching what happens as I still use winamp .
Mine will play most videos I open in it.
Some .m2ts files work & some don’t.

Jen, you do realize Winamp has been available for Android for quite some time, now. Radionomy will probably become responsible for maintaining future updates, however.
