Hello

My previous 811s was crap so I got a new one from the store.

But take a look at these scans, why do i get peaks at the beginning?

Both are Verbatim Datalife plus discs. My xbox can read the second disc without any problems so far but the next disc freezes when I try to watch the movie(it doesn’t get past the intro after “play movie”)

ANY ideas? I’m really fed up with liteon if this unit is crappy too :frowning:

Are these burned at 8 speed? Looks like the spike is where the burner switches to 6speed. And where are these Verbatims made? I had these too, “made in Taiwan”, and they were crap.
The “made in Singapore” seem ok though.

Your firmware are HS0J, upgrade to latest HS0P and try a new burn.

Nope ‘Viggen’

Media info of BLANK (not burned) disk.

We already ‘know’ the info about your bad burns…

Edit: BTW, MCC 002 can be a hit or just sh*t. [Look at this post by ‘sat985’]
