Now here are some questions from, I’m sure you can tell newbie.
1.) I have noticed with my own burns and others large differences in PI/PO scans with the same drives and media. Now I am wondering if it is the drives and media or the content. Say one video is of a sea scene and another is a forest scene with lots of movement. One will have much more content and color and therefore I would think it would take more pit burns to represent the individual frames. And because more pits, the more likely for error and the harder to burn at faster speeds. Am I completely off base?
2.) It would seem to me the system setup would have a lot to do with it as well. Say CPU and drive speed, the way the drive is connected, IDE USB and so forth.
3.) Last I am using Studio 9 to burn others use Nero, Roxio, and all manner of programs, how important is this software in burn quality. And not to forget the operating system, XP, Mac and others.
Hope you all have time for some answers
