why is this showing instead of a movie?
when i press preview… i only get the message ifo properties 6…
where is the actual movie i want to burn…

Looks like a mastering problem of the DVD files you are wanting to be processed by CloneDVD.

Are they created by some other software program or probably by a DVD recorder?

when i want to burn the dvd
ifo properties 6 is showing instead of the movie preview.

bumping this thread … I get this same IFO 6 Properties error when trying to back up an older movie … Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles the movie … I’m using the latest versions of the any/clone combo

I don’t know if you solved this yet seeing as how old these posts were but I had this problem of “unexpected error, be sure input files are available, properly mastered files, etc.” with an IFO properties 6 at the end of it. I used the 3rd option “write existing data” and then burned it and it worked. Hope that helps.
