White vs Silver Inkjet Printable Discs, as of Oct 2020

Legibility
This question has been asked before but I was wondering if anybody has anything new to add. I am creating about 30 data backup discs and I know white is supposedly better to read the text that you add with the inkjet, as opposed to silver because it’s easier to read the text. But, does it really matter that the text isn’t easily legible because of the mirror action and transparency? Silver will look cooler, no?

Background for White Blank Discs
