Latest is usually best. You can find it at www.plextor.be (when an update becomes available).

current firmware is 1.07 for entire series–755A/SA/UF. Same drive, different bridge boards.

Yes, you can use the 755A/SA firmware for your UF. Plextor Europe apparently forgot to include the UF model on their firmware page (whereas US and China do).
