Without this Format-War, it would not be possible to get quality media 2x compatible media, such as Verbatim or Maxell, for 3 Euro per piece :slight_smile: I’ve never seen DVD+ media made by Maxell. As to my knowledge, only Ritek, Mitsuibishi and Ricoh make DVD+R media (these 3 are then sold under at least 10 different names).

Maxell makes DVD+R media too but only for the Japanese market.

DVD-R is my favorite format.
