Which drive (of the ones I have) should I use for CD ripping?

Hi, I figure it’s about time I start ripping CDs and work on getting my digital library organized. I figured since I’m going to do a whole bunch at once and then hopefully never touch them again, I should do it right. I’ll probably use dbpoweramp to streamline the process. However, I’m undecided on the hardware end. The main drive in use on my computer is a Samsung SH-223F but from looking around here, it apparently isn’t held in high regard. I do happen to have a bunch of older drives just sitting around though. Which of these do you think I should use? I’m also open to a “none of the above” as long as you can give me a good recommendation and reason why.

Drive (date manufactured)

Samsung SH-223F (2008)
NEC AD-7170A (2006)
Toshiba SD-M1612 (2002)
Creative CD5233E (2002)
Lite-On LTR-40125S (2002)
Philips CDD4801/81 (2000)
Pioneer DR-501S (1997) :stuck_out_tongue:

Thanks for any help.
