yeah, i was wondering the same thing, Because i extracted a duke nukem game iso and some files are .str. “format factory” is probably the best free file converter. but it wont convert .str for me. let me know if you have any luck.

I saw there that they have mentioned some programs that can open this type of files so maybe those can help you with this little problem you’re having.
