What's the best way to rip audio from a dvd?

I want to rip audio from a dvd to make an mp3 cd out of it. What’s the best way to do this?

Read any of the several DVD2AVI guides on Doom9.net or videohelp.com. It does not matter which; the differences are mostly in the video part.

Basically, you rip the DVD with DVD Decrypter or Smart Ripper. Then you run the ripped VOBs through DVD2AVI and, ignoring all video options, extract the audio track(s) to WAV, downsampling to 44.1 kHz as you go. Then proceed to encode and burn as usual.

DVD Audio Extractor

Believe it or not, this Q has been A’d many times.
Besides the already mentioned many times here DVD Audio Extractor ( v.3.2.0 is the current one, btw),
there’s another good thing such as ImTOO DVD Audio Ripper ( freshly released 2.0.52 b406 )
