I got my copy of Warcraft III expansion. What protection is this? SecuRom 5?
Most likely a late version 4 (4.8x or 4.9x). I dunno what the "V" means but it's unlikely to be the Roman numeral for five.
I would try to copy it with the normal Twinpeak or Blindwrite method.
Copied easy with CCD, BWA and Twin Peaks.Read max with LTD163 and burned max with Asus 5224.
well still strange that the Copy shows another protection than the Original. But it worked and that's the important thing
Can anyone give me a link to download the english version of ClonyXXL 18.104.22.168 or is there an option that I can change to make it english?
Click on the "optionen/tools" box then in the side window that opens click the Brittish flag.
I get No ASPI layer loaded. Well when I close and open it again it crashes. I reopen and I get No ASPI layer loaded and when I reopen it crashes again. What's wrong?
This program, like a couple of others, is ASPI dependent. Links to Adaptec's ASPI are found via the CloneCD FAQ
Works fine without ASPI Futureproof....
i recommend alcohol and emulation on to burn. maybe you need bwa files, but you can download them for sure

pigs arse it works fine without aspi
SecuRom V is only a little bit difference to 4.8. You can copy it with the twinpeak way just like Version 4.8.
which game is protected with Securom 5?

A game would be detected as having no protection when ASPI 4.6 is used. However a protection would be detected when ASPI 4.7 is used. Maybe one of the XXL guys can confirm that ASPI 4.7 is better for Clony XXL....
It's problematic. burnatonce/discdump need 4.60
