The first disks were verbatim datalifeplus made in taiwan (with superazo)
The second disks were “Smartbuy Disks” Made by Prodics
I am seeing that many people prefer Ridata and Ritek. But I am not sure. I think any media made in Japana should be great, Tayon Yuden. I dont know about taiwan. Sometimes Some of the dvd-r disks I burn will work right after I burn them, and then after a weeks might not work well anymore. What you guys think dvd+r vs dvd-r, Ritek and Ridata are easiest to find. But I am not sure, i need some media I can trust.
Thanks

No one at all. I figured how to get media codes. Can someone teach me how to see if the media did a good burn, or media testing.
Thanks

What Burner are u using ?

There are Tools like kprobe (for liteon burners) out there or plextools for plextor etc.
If you have nero then you can test the quality with CD/DVD speed but you can get it seperate too.

Search the recording hardware forum on cdfreaks (here) there you can find tons of links for your purposes.

I´m new in DVD burning (14 months), but I have never seen write descriptors like that.

Very curious about the model of your drive.
Don´t think there is any idea to look further until we know more.

hmm i didnt notice the descriptors are a bit out of standart arent they ?

Its a Pioneer 107
After i do the remove cd-dvd test, how do I know if Its a good quality burn or not.
Thanks

cdfreaks has a pioneer forum here http://club.cdfreaks.com/forumdisplay.php?f=87
for all your needs you can ask what you want there im afraid i dont have a pioneer burner so i barely can say what discs are the best.
Maybe you should look for some scans with pioneer DVR 107 Burners in the Media test forum under DVD Media Tests… ^^
Use the search thats the easiest way you get used to it after some tries.
For the testing with CD/DVD Speed(and other tools) and interpreting the errors known as pi/pifs you should read the following useful guide: http://club.cdfreaks.com/showthread.php?t=80545
