What is wrong with my DVDfab Platinum?

I own the DVDfab Platinum 4.0.5.0

Up to now I could copy my dvd’s.
But yesterday the problems started.
When I insert a DVD disc into the DVD drive, the program, doesn’t seem to
recognise it, and in the “Source” tab says:

Please insert DVD disc or choose DvD folder.

This happens on my desctop computer.
Does anyone know what is wrong?
There seems to be absolutely no problem with the DVD drive, it works fine.
I have installed exactly the same version of DVDfab in my laptop, and everything works fine.

The problems seems to have been created yesterday, when after a succesful DVD copy on my desktop computer, a question poped up, and
without reading exactly what it was asking, I answered “yes” !
I tried uninstalling and re-installing DVDfab, but nothing happened.

If anybody can give a solution, it would be more than welcome…

You really should update the software the latest version is 5.2.2.2, you will need to request for a new reg key which can be done on the dvdfab.com website
