At current what is the all round best CD-RW drive that will allow me to copy most if not all current cd protection formats? Any help is much appreciated!!

Wich protection? Audio or data?
Audio: Plextor
Data: Lite-On (the plex can do those protections also but with more difficulties)

If you want both, go for a plex. Does the trick for me.
But there are also other good writers. Use the search to find out more.

I aint really bothered with audio as i get mine all off the net!! So i will go for the lite on! Thanks very much for your help!
