Well that won’t do your teeth too much good but it’s mostly sugar and providing you’re burning it all off it won’t do you any harm otherwise.
I just can’t get into the gym at all and I find it all really boring.
I’d rather be out walking or cycling in the countryside as somehow that seems to be more in touch with the natural way of things.
Everyone’s different though.
