finally some hard disk makers realising speed is not the most important factor. Power consumption and noise are to me.

Yep and greenpower drives are GREAT for both - their performance isn’t top notch for the consumer drives - wonder if the performance is improved with the server model - since performance on a server is a more important thing - if you can’t get enough performance, you might have to add more drives to make it up - and defeat the purpose or spend an uneconomical amount of money. Good thing is it saves money for powering the drive and for cooling it too :smiley:
