Interesting how it comes with an PCIe Host Bus Adapter and Micro center says “Supplied HBA Required”…

Going by the specification, Windows XP is not supported and Windows Vista/7 32-bit support it as a secondary drive only. Windows Vista/7 64-bit can boot from it if the motherboard supports UEFI.
