Has anyone returned a drive to Pioneer for replacement? I bought a retail drive about 10.5 months ago and tonight it would not power up. Burned one DVD fine then just pooped out.
I went to Pioneer’s site www.pioneerelectronics.com and could not find a place to request an RMA. Maybe I am just too tired and not looking close enough, but all I saw was an authorized serice center list.
Any help for a tired old man would be appreciated
