But they usually go after the parents right? So this boob should sue himself, then claim it was his kids friends and he doesn’t even know how to turn a computer on, then tell himself thats no excuse.

As we all know, if yer rich in the USA you can do whatever you want, and not get prosecuted after even admiting your guilt. Go freaking figure. Someone should SUE his ass, he deserves it.
