i want to know from where i can download bleem or vga so that i can play play stations games on my pc cd drive ????????if u ppl know any other way u???then do0o0o tell

The only "iffy" bit is getting hold of the rom, as Epsxe leaves that as your problem

He said CD-ROM drive, therefore saying he has the CD. Just use ePSXe (from the link above) and put the CD in the drive. You have to get hold of a BIOS file though, which is illegal.
