The problem with these types of devices is the resolution is too low. It’s like putting your face right up against your LCD monitor. You see pixellation. The other problem is because the displays are so close to your eyes it causes you to try and focus on something too close to the eye causing eye strain. Especially so if in 3D since your eyes try to focus on a distant object which is actually only an inch or less from your eyes.
