VSO convertXtodvd freezes after installation

Hi,

I use Win 7.
I just bought VSO convertXtoDVD 4...
After installing this software, it freezes right away.
I had to uninstall it and with VSO remover, remove it
completely from my laptop.
I then re-started my laptop to re-install VSO....
NO change, it still freezes on me .
Please help !

Have you tried running the program as Administrator?
