Come on please help

Hi,

We are not a hotline.

If I knew the answer, I would have answered you a long time ago.

I have no issues, and never had this error.

I have suggestion to VSO to have TEST files in the future,

Files VSO has tested 100% and know they work, will/should be available for users to download and test.

So yes, that is coming.

See I didn’t just do nothing :disagree:

i installed the divx all in 1 codec tried a differen file it converted perfectly then i tried the film that iwas hoping to convert the first time but that failed so as you said the file input must be wrong ill try to convert a different file and i will let you no how it goes.

Hi there,

http://www.welcometothescene.com/

Here’s a site that has a few Xvid / Divx / Quicktime movies for testing.

A VSO Official converted them all with 100% success.

Convert those and it still fails, then we will know it’s not the file, but something on your system.

to be honest with you mate yesterday i had a new 200gb hardrive fitted in. and plus are there any other programs that convert godd and quick

Your new harddrive does not improve bad file quality.
And no - judging on reports by users, there is no other software that can convert fast with quality.
