Vista 64 doesn't work but XP 32 does?

Hi all,

I’ve been trying multiple things and done several searches trying to find answers.

Whenever I try and use DVDFAB 6 on my Vista 64 Machine, I get DEP errors midway through…generally right before it starts burning. I’ve tried adding the exception, I’ve tried a clean uninstall following another members directions. I think loaded XP 32 bit sp3 on my other hard drive on the same computer and then DVD fab 6. It worked FINE!

So I don’t know what else to do? Could other installed software be conflicting? I’m the administrator and UAC is turned off. I’m not infected, an as I said, I loaded XP on the same machine and it worked fine.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you,

-Fo

Not sure which version of Vista you are running but if it is the Home Premium you can try making this change on the compatibility tab for DVDFab…
at the very bottom under “Privilege Lavel” put a check mark next to “Run this program as an administrator”
