Dear Verizon, define “heavy” and “loads”. Does that mean that one person downloaded a zipped low-res jpeg? Obviously, the general public doesn’t do as much spying as you do, so we can’t know how “heavy” the “load” is. Therefore, I can only assume Verizon will always claim the “load” is “heavy”, regaurdless if it actually is or not.
