Just got this PC and haven’t been able to successfully burn a DVD or data CD-R. The burnt disc, which should be 95% full, only has a “burn ring” that takes up about 1/3 of the disc. Any help would be appreciated. Here’s my ImgBurn log…

If it just keeps burning useless discs (both DVD and CD), maybe it’s just no good?
