Hi Folks,
I have recently ordered the Verbatim 100 DVD+R carkebox from Newegg, through my friend. Its not yet reached me

few reviews in the site stated its Made in India(must be made by MoserBaer). Is it correct ?
If yes, Is the quality same as it was before.
I am worried, I would have gone for Taiyo Yuden instead, if i knew it.

There are several manufactuters that produce media for Verbatim. MBI is just one of them.

It is probably made in Taiwan or India. Either way is should be good
quality. Over the last year or so, I find Indian made Verbatims are better
and more consistent than Japanese made Taiyo Yuden Verbatim.

I am suprised to hear its better than MIT Verbs
MoserBaser makes average media even for their own brand, so how come Verbs MII is of superior quality…

Because it’s meant to be produced to Verbatims quality control standards using Verbatim equipment.

I don’t think it’s better than MIT Verbs though.
