At $14 for 3 discs in fancy crystal movie cases, I guess It’ll be easier to resist in the future.

I seen those the last time I was out shopping. They are great looking discs, but at that price I think I will pass.
If you get a chance please post a kprobe scan of its performance.
I am curious to know if there is any value to them at all.

It’s your standard MCC-002 media, burns just like the others that I’ve used.

Burned at 4x in Pioneer 106D:

I got some from BestBuy in Union NJ today, and to my surprise they burn at a shade over 4x(5,540 instead of the normal 5,450).nice but ,I still think they’re overpriced… Incidently, they were
12.99 for the three… :a

Folks,

Best Buy has the 25 piece Cake Box of these for $27.99 this week. Burns at 8x on my Pioneer 107 with 1.10 hacked firmware without any problems.

Thanks for the tip,I just ordered 4 spindles…
