Really, those scans aren’t too bad. A lot of pressed discs will scan much worse than that, and they work perfectly well.
And I wouldn’t put so much into the scan quality in this case. If it works for you, then just go with it.
IMHO, you should only worry when, scanning with that same LiteOn, you have:[ul]constant PIFs of max 2 throughout the first layer and the second layer [the second layer typically burns worse than the first]spikes of PIF of 5 max and above occurring frequently[*]a sharp peak of PIFs at the layer break higher than 5 max [this one has a great deal of play; a disc with a PIF max of 10 at the layer break may play fine][/ul]…and, in addition to that, you begin to see failed TRTs and issues with playback. Then you can expect your Xbox drive to have difficulties reading your backups, if not an issue recognizing the backup period.
