There are numerous video editing apps. Some free, and some cost thousands. Read up at www.dvdrhelp.com. That will give you some idea of what is available, and how professional you want to go. Ulead does a fair job of creating and editing, but Adobe Premiere 6.5 is much better. It also is a lot harder to learn. There is Vegas Video, which is very good, but again is quite difficult to learn. Best value for me would be Adobe Premiere 6.5. Not as good as the newest version, but a lot of bang for the buck.
