What brand, type USB ALL systems i.e PAL, SECAM should I get for it to watch european/asian tv channels.

PAL & SECAM is formost of all european channels, primary PAL.

I know, but which USB TV Tuner card will function for ALL systems…PAL, SECAM, NTSC.

For tuners, I reccomend Hauppauge stuff.

Hauppauge don’t manufacture a USB all systems TV Tuner device.
